Bruce Lane Andes, 62 of Broadway, VA died May 22, 2019 at his residence.
He was born May 4, 1957 in Harrisonburg, and was the son of the late Allen Glendon and Arlene Wittig Andes.
Bruce was an auto body technician and owner of Timberville Body Shop. He was a member of Mt. Olivet Church of the Brethren in Timberville, and a member of the Timberville Moose Lodge.
He was preceded in death by his companion of 33 years, Annie Lee Borden.
Surviving is one daughter, Jamie B. Lantz of Broadway; two grandchildren, Matthew and Leann Lantz; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and his dog Peppy.
Pastor Victor Norris will conduct a memorial service 3:00 PM Sunday at Mt. Olivet Church of the Brethren. The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church. The body was cremated. A graveside service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, June 1st at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
