Marcelin (Marcy)’s Obituary Marcelin “Marcy” Doreen (Pinnick) Douthit 41 of Olney, Illinois passed away suddenly in LaFollette, Tennessee on Saturday, May 25, 2019 with her husband at her side. She was born on April 6, 1978 to Robert William Pinnick III and Debra Kay (Jones) Pinnick in Charleston, West Virginia. Marcy married the love of her life Rodney Eric Douthit in November of 2017 in Olney, Illinois and he survives. She worked as a CNA until she married her husband Rodney and then they went on the road as Owner/ Operator of their own trucking service. Marcy was a member of the Gilead Christian Church in Olney. Marcy loved spending time with her family and her beloved dog Fred. She is survived by her loving husband Rodney, 1 stepson Eric Douthit of Olney, her mother Debra Pinnick of Newton, Illinois, one sister Christine Pinnick of Vincennes, Indiana and two nieces. Marcy is preceded in death by her father and grandparents. The funeral service will be on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Glasser Funeral Home in Bridgeport with visitation from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service, burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in St. Francisville, Illinois. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Glasser Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses. Read More
