Howard’s Obituary Howard Eugene Richardson Howard “Buck” Richardson, 78, of Rockingham passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital at Pinehurst. He was born on December 24, 1940 in Richmond County, NC a son of the late Lacy Roland and Irene Harriett Andrews Richardson. Buck was a US Army Veteran and was a refrigeration mechanic. Surviving are his wife, Mary Wallace Richardson; daughters, Wanda Richardson Honeycutt(Brock), Janet R. Richardson(Terry); grandchildren Nikki Honeycutt(fiancé Dylan Steadman) Savannah Richardson and David Richardson; a sister Alice Ricketts(Jimmy); nieces and nephews and beloved chihuahua Hollywood. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Butch Park officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:45 – 1:45 pm prior to the service and other times at the home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 1247 Sandhill Road, Rockingham, NC 28379. Read More
