Henry Novak, 91, of Hamilton, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, April 29, 2019, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, NJ. Born in Trenton, NJ, Mr. Novak was a lifelong area resident. He was an honorably discharged US Army veteran. Mr. Novak was a farmer as well as having worked for American Cyanamid in West Windsor for 30 years. In his spare time he enjoyed Cub Cadet Lawnmowers and Tractors and maintaining his pristine lawn. He lived for Sundays, when his family would come to his house for dinner and he loved watching the grandkids play ball in the back yard. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Lillie (Dusek) Novak; his wife of 32 years, Nancy M. (Holbrook) Novak and his four brothers, Fred, Edward, Jerry and William Novak; he is survived by his children and their spouses, Kim and Kevin Struble of Hamilton, NJ, Pamela and Paul Szargowicz of Mercerville, NJ, Tricia and Nick Butera of Allentown, NJ, David and Kristen Novak of Macungie, PA and Thomas “Skippy” and Carla Novak of Hamilton, NJ; his eight grandchildren, Ryan Struble, Kyle Novak, Robert and Jason Szargowicz, Joseph and Sara Butera, and Lauren and Katie Novak; his dedicated caregiver whom he considered another son, Kirk Clarke; and his special friends, Marian Apperson, and Jim, Kelly and Caitlin Golden. Funeral services will begin on Friday, May 3, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. Interment will follow at Rocky Hill Cemetery in Rocky Hill, NJ. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
