H. Franklin “Frank” Smith, age 53, of Macksburg, Ohio, died Friday, May 10, 2019, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born January 26, 1966, in Marietta, son of the late Herman Smith and Genevieve Graham. He worked in oil fields his entire life. Frank was a mechanic who enjoyed working on old cars, collecting antiques, and doing jobs as a handyman.
