Gwen Ellen Zanzinger, 60, of Beloit, WI, died Monday, May 20, 2019 at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, WI. She was born January 18, 1959 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of F. Harold and Elaine J. (Schulz) Henry. Gwen was a 1977 graduate of Clinton High School, Clinton, WI. She married Dale H. Zanzinger on May 12, 1984 in Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clinton, WI. Gwen was employed by Kandu Industries, Goldie Floberg, and was a crossing guard for Hackett School and the Beloit School System. She was very active inside and outside of her home. Gwen was a participant of the 20+ gallon Blood Drive with Red Cross and Rock River Valley Blood Drives. She was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband, Dale Zanzinger of Beloit, WI; her mother, Elaine Schollmeyer of Clinton, WI; brothers and sister, Gary Henry, Greg Henry and Gail Henry all of Clinton, WI; sisters-in-law, Donna Mehaffey and Dawn Zanzinger both of Beloit, WI; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father. A Memorial service for Gwen will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, with Pastor Norman Starks officiating. Inurnment will be in Clinton Cemetery. Visitation of remembrance will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service Thursday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Mercy Hospice Care.
