Mrs. Gracie Pauline Daniel, 83, of Victoria, VA entered eternal rest Sunday, May 19, 2019 at her residence. Mrs. Daniel was born in Charlotte County, VA February 26, 1936 to the late Theodore and Mary Wood Brown. She attended the schools of Charlotte County, VA and was a member of Organ Hill Baptist Church, Drakes Branch, VA. Mrs. Daniel was a homemaker, and in her spare time enjoyed cooking, cleaning, watching games on TV, and raising her great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Daniel was preceded in death by her husband, Squire Daniel, Jr. Left to cherish her precious memories are her son, Willie Junior Daniel of Clover, VA; two daughters, Gracie Gallimore (Donald) of Saxe, VA and Betty J. Daniel of Richmond, VA; four grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Graveside services for Mrs. Gracie Pauline Daniel will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 24, 2019 at Brown Memorial Garden, Saxe, VA. Public viewing for family and friends will be held Thursday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
