Elaine K. “Candy” Spangler, age 60, Lenox Twp., died Wednesday, 5/15/19 at the Jefferson Healthcare Center following a decline in health after years of disability. She was born June 15, 1958 in Ashtabula, the daughter of Armand & Evelyn (Brink) Parker and has been a local resident all of her life. Elaine was married to Jeffrey J. Spangler on March 8, 2006 in Rock Hill, SC. She previously attended the Bethel Bible Church and the Journey Church. Elaine is survived by her husband, Jeffrey, a daughter, Angie Warner; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her mother, Evelyn Harper and several sisters and brothers. She was preceded in death by a son, Jason Warner. A Celebration of Life service will be announced and held at a later date.
