David’s Obituary David Gene George, 50, of Pottsboro, TX, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 at his home. He was born February 16, 1969 in Denton, TX to Harold Gene George and Shirley Ann Huffman. David was the President of the Lake Cities Chapter of the Law Dogs Motorcycle Club and was an employee of Winstar World Casino in Thackerville, OK. He is survived by his father, Harold Gene George and wife Michelle of Pilot Point, TX; mother, Shirley Ann Killingsworth of Sanger, TX; son, Chris George of Pilot Point, TX; daughter, Courtney Bruce and husband Isaac of Pilot Point, TX; three grandchildren, Ayden Bruce, Aurora George, and Aspen Bruce; brother, John George of Odessa, TX; and sister, Stacie Briggs of Sanger, TX. Visitation will be held 6:00PM-7:00PM, Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey, TX. A funeral service will be held at 10:00AM, Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey, TX with Gary Sweatman officiating.
