Charles Merritt Harmon, age 63, died Thursday, May 23, 2019. Charles was born September 17, 1955, the son of the late John Merritt and Ruth S. Harmon. Charles had an accident when he was five years old. He attended school in Webster County until about the fifth grade. He had a sleeping sickness that improved and attended special education classes in Richland, and then attended Gracewood State School and hospital starting January 30, 1970.
