BS Holloway August 20 1918 April 30 2019 (age 100)

BS Holloway, 100 of Des Arc passed April 30, 2019. He was born August 20, 1918 to the late Hubert and Pinkie Holloway in Des Arc, AR. He was a WWII Army veteran, a retired “Ace” auto mechanic, and a carpenter. He enjoyed playing his piano, organs, and listening to good gospel music. He had a playfully quick good natured wit that will be truly missed by everyone who knew him. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by daughter: BeaSonia Quick, grand daughter: Tori Quick, brothers: Seavon Holloway, Vermon Holloway, and Berlin Holloway, sister: Velma Jones. Loving memories left to children: Benjamin Holloway, Little Rock, AR, Stanley Holloway, Jacksonville, AR, Lovetta Owens, Little Rock, AR, and Flossie Holloway, Little Rock, AR. 9 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. A very special thank you to his VA family and the VA staff for all the love, care, and honor that was given to our dad at Eugene Towbin Hospital North Little Rock. Visitation Friday May 10, 2019 with homegoing celebration immediately following at 11:00 am. Both held at Superior Funeral Services 5017 E. Broadway North Little Rock (501) 945-9922.
