Obituary Phipps, Billy. May 24, 2019. Age 89 of Riverview. Beloved husband of the late Theldora Phipps. Loving dad of Robert, James, Mattie Sue, Larry, Mary, Karen, Danny, Linda, the late Joann, and the late Jerry. Also survived by many, many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his parents Rayphel and Pauline and his brother Bobby. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. Visitation Tuesday May 28, 2019 from 3-8 p.m. at the Taylor Chapel of Voran Funeral Home, 23750 Goddard Road. (313) 291-1800. Funeral service Tuesday 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at United Memorial Gardens.
