Thomas Price January 20, 1940 – April 27, 2019 Thomas Wesley Price, 79, of Stringer, Mississippi, died Saturday, April 27, 2019 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi. He was born Saturday, January 20, 1940 in Simpson County, Mississippi. Graveside services will be held Monday, April 29, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Liberty Cemetery in Stringer and the Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery. Bro. Stanley Doggett and Bro. Clay Smith will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. (601) 764-2181 Tommy was a member of Salem Baptist Church. He served in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his parents; Wesley Price and Estelle Price. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Bonnie Jean Price, son, Jimmy Price (Vicki), grandchildren; Heather McGee (Chase), Logan Sumrall (T.C.), Kris Davidson, Brian Davidson, and 11 great-grandsons and 1 great-granddaughter. Pallbearers will be Marcus Ulmer, Ricky Buckley, Kelvin Knotts, Kenny Simmons, Kelly Simmons, and Cody Grice. Honorary pallbearers will be James Smith, Jim Sims, and Jerry Moore.
