Scott’s Obituary Atkinson, NH: Scott A. Foucault, 53, of Atkinson, died April 2, 2019 at his home following a long illness. Born in Haverhill, MA, son of James and Claire (Trombley) Foucault, he spent his early childhood years in Atkinson. He later moved with his family to Alexandria, VA, and then was a resident of Long Island, NY for several years where he attended high school. He moved again with his family to Cooper City, Florida where he graduated from the local high school. Scott served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1984 until 1988 and attended Laverne University, while in the service. After his discharge he moved to Louisville KY, where he met and married his former wife Mitzi Wagner and they raised two children, Tyler and Christine. He was employed as a dispatcher in the transportation industry, and last worked for the Coach Company of Plaistow, NH before illness forced his retirement. A baseball and basketball standout during his high school years, Scott also enjoyed golfing and jet skiing. He returned to Atkinson, New Hampshire several years ago and was a member of the Center Pointe Community Church of Salem. Scott will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Tyler Foucault and his daughter Christine Foucault, both of Jacksonville, Florida, his parents, James and Claire (Trombley) Foucault of Atkinson, a brother Jeffrey M. Foucault of Belair, Maryland and his two nieces, Ashley and Rachael, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. 1. So sorry for your loss..went to high school with Scott..Scott was a funny guy and very nice guy..Scott will definitely be missed by all who new him..

  2. I went to Scott’s FB page as I often did to say hello and and to send a word of encouragement. I am a friend of Scott’s since Elementary days. We wrote letters to each other as he moved away to a different high school, and we still wrote, when he went into the Navy, and even as he grew into an adult. It was nice to get FB and reconnect. Scott was a friend in my life always and I’m so happy that we remained friends even though we never saw each other again, once he left 5th grade. The impact he made on my life when we met and even more so through hand written letters will always be treasured. I will miss him. To the family, you were blessed with a beautiful Father and husband. I am sorry for your loss and will send prayers.
