Rolley Mae Moore Arthur, age 82, a resident of Cleveland, became a new member of Heaven’s Choir on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Mrs. Arthur was the daughter of the late Lorene Moore Tippens and Frank Clayton. Her husband, E. W. Arthur, her daughter, Joanne Suits, her sons, Stephen, Ronnie and Butch Arthur, her grandson, Joshua Suits, her grandparents, Alex and Jane Moore, her nephew Donnie Green, her sister Juanita Wilcheck and her brother Wallace Tippens also preceded her in death. Mrs. Arthur worked at Charleston Hosiery Mill where she retired in 1997. She attended the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where she had a personal relationship with Jesus, she will always be remembered singing one of her favorite songs, He Touched Me. She also attended the Tabernacle Worship Center and loved her Church family. She was very proud of her family and loved them very much. She will be missed by her daughters, Carla Adams and her husband Rene, Sherry Johnson and her husband Mike, Pam Whitener and her husband Budgie, her daughter in law, Cathey Arthur, her son in law, Robert Suits, her grandchildren, Butch Arthur II, Kelly Hall and her husband Brandon, Sabrina Moore and her husband James, Michael Johnson and his wife Stacie, Crystal Rogers and her husband James, Nathan Suits and his wife Kelly, Matthew Arthur, Staci Johnson and Jason Marshall, Jason Suits, Angela Vargas and her husband Edwin, Jennifer Carltron and her husband Nathan, Alicia Whitener and Amber Monroy and her husband Damian, her great grandchildren, Curtiss Hall, Cena Haney, Alexis Arthur, Tori Tankersley, Cassie Hyde, Tyler Thompson, Summer Hesson, Troy Rogers, Autumn, Chelli, Mikaila, and Miracle Johnson, Elizabeth and Sara Kate Suits, Daniel and Zoey McCray and Mikenzi and Colton Marshall, her great great grandchild, Jared Adams, her sister, Sherry Branch and her husband Hubert from North Carolina, her step sister, Rita Anderson from Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, her nephews, Jeff and Kevin Tippens, Scott Windgard, Patrick Welch, Skipper Hall, Joe Cranfield II and Stephen Young, her nieces, Donna Leffler, Debbie Stanley, Tracy Woodruff and Cora Ann Cox also survive. The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 1:00 P. M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Reverend Anthony Howard and Bishop Daniel Carlton officiating. Interment will follow in the Antioch Church of Christ Church Cemetery with Michael R. Johnson II, Nathan Suits, Jason Suits, Troy Rogers, Damian Monroy, Jason Marshall, Edwin Vargas and Matthew Arthur serving as active casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be Rene Adams, Mike Johnson, Budgie Whitener, Robert Suits, Jeff Tippens, Kevin Tippens and Nathan Carlton. The family would like to extend special thanks to Gearldine Green, C. L. Moore and his wife Peggy, Rosie and Steve Huff and best friend Joyce Green. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 P. M. Friday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
