Mrs. Jimmie Joyce Papke, age 69, wife of Robert Carey Papke of Thoroughbred Trail, Corbin passed away on Friday afternoon at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. She was the mother of James Bennett and wife, Amanda, Milton Bennett and Fiancé, Della Roberts and Ronnie Bennett and wife, Tina all of Harlan, Kentucky. She was the step-mother of Darrel Papke and wife, Tonnie and Brian Papke and wife, Lisa all of Michigan, Melody Bagilone and husband, Tom of New York and Shanna Torrey and husband, Rob of Michigan. She was the sister of Dallas Blanton and wife, Sharon of Harlan. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Papke. Funeral services for Mrs. Jimmie Joyce Papke will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Doug Grills officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin. The family of Mrs. Jimmie Joyce Papke has requested that the visitation be PRIVATE. Laurel Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Papke family.
