EDWARD M. MILLIMAN, age 89, of Jefferson City, TN, formerly of LeRoy, NY and Winter Haven, FL passed away on April 19, 2019. Survived by wife, Mneatha Milliman; daughter, Barbara Moore (Clifford); son, James E. Milliman (Becky); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Military graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2019 at East Tennessee Veterans cemetery with Rev. Brock Webster officiating.
