David Arthur Stone December 3 1965 April 23 2019

David Arthur Stone, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, graduate of Scottsboro High School class of 1984 and a graduate of Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine, passed away on April 22nd, 2019. He was a current resident of Guthrie, Oklahoma and was practicing veterinary medicine at The Lazy E Ranch. He was the grandson of the late Stephen Lipscomb Stone and Irene Moody Stone, Arthur Norton Hubbard Baxter and Marguerite Porter Fitts Baxter, son of the late Mr. Albert Moody Stone and Mrs. Virginia Baxter Stone. He is survived by his mother Mrs. Virginia B. Stone, brother, Stephen Stone (Cindy), Loved One Lourie Casteel, (daughter) Olyvia, (son) Harrison, (nephew) Daniel and (niece) Brook. Arrangements for Mr. Stone are: Visitation from 1pm – 3pm on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 at Rudder’s Funeral Home in Scottsboro, AL., followed by graveside service at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Scottsboro, AL. The family asks that in lieu of flowers that memorials maybe made to a charity of your choice in memory of David.
