Barbara’s Obituary Barbara Ann Vestal, 86, Springfield, Missouri, formerly of Marshfield, Missouri was born to John T. and Dorothy Nell (Boyd) Shepherd on June 4, 1932 and departed this life on April 29, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Thomas Vestal. Barbara is survived by her sons, Greg Vestal and wife, Julie of Webb City, Missouri and Gene Vestal and wife, Jane of Springfield, Missouri; three grandchildren, Carrie Mack and husband, Travis, Katie Moore and husband, Richard, and Will Vestal; two great grandchildren, Jackson and Finley Moore; brother, Charles Shepherd, Marshfield, Missouri; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Barbara will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Graveside services for Barbara Ann Vestal will be held 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Marshfield Cemetery, Marshfield, Missouri. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2019 at Marshfield United Methodist Church, Marshfield, Missouri. Per Barbara’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to UMCOR ( United Methodist Committee on Relief) or Heifer International. Read More
