Phillip Gerald (Bubba) Bowers of Nashville, TN, passed away March 21, 2019, at the age of 88. He is preceded in death by his father Henry Winston Bowers Sr. and mother Ann Elizabeth Bowers. He is survived by his loving wife Faye Bowers, sons: Jerry Bowers, Phillip Bowers, Mark (Teresa) Bowers and Randall Bowers, daughters Carol Ann, Kim (Jerry) Staines, and Deborah (Roy) Womble, sisters Barbara (Jerry) Hofferbert and Imogene (Bob) Markum, along with 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. In honor of Bubba’s life, the family will have Visitation Sunday, March 24, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Monday, March 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Ellis Funeral Home. The Service will be Monday, March 25, at 12:00 p.m., in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Middle TN Veterans Cemetery.
