Felton’s Obituary Deacon Felton Gulley, son of the late Eddie Lee and Bettie Lee Gulley passed away Thursday March 28, 2019 at the age of 85. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 2, at the Greater Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church, 11646 Cleveland Road, Garner NC 27529 with Dr. Ruffin Turner officiating. Deacon Felton Gulley leaves his children, family, church family, and friends to cherish his memory. Born and raised in Johnston County, Deacon Gulley, a lifelong resident of Raleigh, was a member of Greater Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church in Garner, NC. He worshiped and served the Lord with all his heart. He was faithful to his church and his pastor. He served in the US Army at an early age, and after his discharge he worked as a supervisor at Budweiser and owned his own landscaping service. He took great pride in his work and taught many who were willing to learn the fine technique of landscaping. Reading his Bible and serving the Lord was his passion. His love for the Lord was expressed in the way he lived his life. We would like to thank the Pruitt Health Care for the special care and love they extended to Deacon Gulley. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 12:30pm to 1:00pm.Funeral at 1:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Montlawn Funeral Home, 2911 S. Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC, 27603.
