Obituary Emily E. Watson, 84, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday March 16, 2019 at the Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kingston. Born on April 12, 1934 at home in Plutarch, New Paltz, she was the daughter of the late John and Harriet (Billeau) VanNostrand. Emily was a food service worker and was employed, until her retirement, by the Benedictine Hospital in Kingston. She was a long time Plutarch resident, who loved flowers, birds and gardening.
