Clifford’s Obituary Clifford Ray Howard III, 49, of Decatur, IL passed away on March 26, 2019 at Decatur Memorial Hospital. A private family service will be held at a later date. Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes are assisting the family. Memorials may be made to the family. Clifford was born on October 31, 1969; the son of Clifford Howard, Jr. and Barbara L. West-Davies. He was a self-employed painter. Clifford is survived by his mother Barbara (Winfred) Davies of Decatur, IL; his children; Kristina Howard of Pekin, IL; Kayla Howard of Decatur, IL; Clifford Howard IV of Decatur, IL; Samantha Knutt of Decatur, IL; and Holly Nihiser of Decatur, IL. Also surviving is his ex-wife Angela Howard of Decatur, IL; brothers, Michael West of Florida, and Trinity Payne of Decatur, IL; one half-brother, Chris Wulf and one half sister, Della Baker both of Decatur, IL; and several grandchildren.
