She enjoyed volunteering in various activities of the Unit as well as the Latin American Post 840 to which her late husband Osvaldo Miranda was a member as well. She will always be remembered by her good food; seeing her cruising Philadelphia with her best friend, playing lottery and gambling at the Casino’s. She loved to visit friends, eat out, celebrate birthdays and holidays, play dominoes and cards while listening to her favorite music.
