Mrs. Karen Thompson , age 58 of 3548 Chaucer Drive Hope Mills, NC departed this life on February 16, 2019. Funeral service will be Monday at 12 Noon in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial: Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her loving memories: husband, Dwight Thompson; son, Dontrell Thompson (Marquita); daughter, DeAren Thompson (D.J.); brothers, Eugene Washington (Naomi); Orlando Washington (Nancy); sister, Sheila Ferguson (Maynard); two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. There will be a viewing on Sunday at the funeral home from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Arrangement entrusted to Wiseman Mortuary, Inc.
