Raff, 40, of Vineland, beloved husband, father and son, gained his heavenly wings too soon and unexpectedly on February 25, 2023. Duane is survived by his loving wife, Jessica and daughters, Kierstin and Kaelynn “Jade” Smallwood; his mother, Susan Miller, as well as many other family members and friends who loved him very much. Duane was well known for his helpful spirit, his hard-working nature, his smile that would light up a room, and his devotion to his family. He loved his VW Jetta, enjoyed fixing things and finding treasures at yard sales and thrift shops. He had big dreams, and he worked hard to accomplish them with his wife. He was the best friend and other half to his wife, the son who never forgot to check up on his mom, the father who took his girls to the playground, the uncle who would fix his nieces’ bikes, the brother-in-law to call when the car breaks down. He was generous and kind, and a good friend. He is already missed, and he will never be forgotten. A private Celebration of Life was held by the family on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
