Obituary of Charles Owen Stockton, Jr. Our Loving Husband and Father, Charles Stockton, Jr. passed away on January 28, 2023. He was eighty-nine. He was born in Beech Bluff, Tennessee to his parents, Charlie and Ruth Stockton on January 23, 1934. Charles graduated from College Park High School and then joined the United States Marine Corps. He then went on to Study Engineering at Georgia Tech University earning an Engineering Degree. He will be incredibly missed by his family and many friends. Charles was known for his kind heart, great story telling and his love for his family. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Bobbie Stockton and three sons, Charles O. Stockton, III, Richard Stockton and Michael Stockton; six grandchildren, Hannah Stockton, Kathy Greenbaum, Kalie Andrade, Robert Stanley, Maddie Stockton, and Samantha Brown and five great-grandchildren, Callie Young, Halie Andrade, Charlotte Andrade, Kaylee Robinson, and Jonathan Greenbaum. A visitation will begin at 10:00am on Saturday, February 4, 2023, in the chapel at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home with services beginning at 11:00. Burial will be 11:00am Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Mt. Olive Cemetery, in Dyer, Tennessee. Memorials may be made to the Marine Corps League, Sidney S McMath Detachment, #532, 4210 East Kiel Ave Sherwood, AR 72120, 501-952-8107.
