He was an honest, kindhearted, loving man from Centerville, TN. Wesley knew a little about a lot, he enjoyed working on cars and the simple things in life. He was looking forward to marrying Anna Young and raising their son Rowan Delimon with her. Wesley is survived by fiancé Anna Young, mother Kathy Tibbs, father Delbert Tibbs, sisters Becky, Misty, Debbie and brother Delbert Tibbs, Jr. Visitation will take place Friday, February 1, 2019 6 to 8 PM and Saturday, February 2, 2019 4 to 6 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W.
