Shirley I. Sabaka, age 91 of Perry Twp., went home to be with her Lord on Friday, January 11, 2019. She was born February 26, 1927, in Massillon the daughter of the late Charles and Isabel (Beyers) Edwards. She was a member of Calvary Bible Baptist Church. Shirley is survived by her husband, Edward M. Sabaka with whom she celebrated 70 years of marriage, sons Chuck ( Sandy) Sabaka and Dave (Connie) Sabaka; sister, Linda Lehberger; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dee Evanoff. Calling hours will be held at Heitger Funeral Home – Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W., Massillon, on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 6 to 9 P.M. Private burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Calvary Bible Baptist Church, 6312 Navarre Rd., S.W., Navarre, Ohio 44662.
