OBITUARY Sharon Sue Holstead September 14, 1942 – January 31, 2019 It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon Sue (Fletcher) Holstead announces her passing on Thursday, January 31, at the age of 76 years after a lengthy illness. Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her children; Chris Holstead and his wife Terri, and Jason Holstead and his wife, Kristi. Sharon will also be fondly remembered by her six grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Paul, Haley, Grant, and Aiden. Sharon has joined her loving husband, Paul Wesley Holstead, and her parents, Verne and Sally Fletcher in heaven. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a degree in Business Administration, Sharon married the love of her life, Paul Wesley Holstead in 1964. Sharon was a resident of Conroe, TX for over 40 years. She was a part of the local Conroe business community as the owner of Americana Kollections for over 15 years. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Conroe. Sharon loved spending time with her friends and family and especially found delight in her grandchildren. A Funeral Service in memory of Sharon will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX. Refreshments and fellowship will follow. Those who would like to make a memorial donation in memory of Sharon can do so in her name, to the Alzheimer’s Association.
