Mr. Randy O’Neil Ellis, 64, of Lancaster passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at his home. He was born August 22, 1954, a son of the late Paris Ghent and Alma Ghent. Mr. Ellis was preceded in death by his wife Janice Helms Ellis. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Ellis will be held Friday, February 1, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the graveside at Westside Cemetery with the Rev. Doug Pate officiating. Mr. Ellis is survived by two sons, Brian Ellis and his wife Tonya and Scott Ellis and his wife Tracy; two sisters Patsy Hinson of Chester S.C. and Linda Kay Humphries and her husband Bobby of Lancaster; five grandchildren Victoria Baker (Corey), Joshua Ellis, Samantha Ellis, Tyler Ellis and Hallie Ellis; and two great grandchildren Aiden Baker and Aubrey Baker. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home of Brian and Tonya.
