Paul S. Zielstra, age 62, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away January 29, 2019 at CHI Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Paul was born in Spencer, Iowa to the late Vernon E. and Jean (Joynson) Zielstra. He graduated from Ruthven, Iowa High School in 1974 and from Iowa Lakes Community College in 1977.
