Maddox Gregory Allen Weber, age 2, beloved son of Jay and Jamie Weber died unexpectedly as a result of a tragic accident on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at his home. He was born in Lincoln on March 17, 2016 to Jay and Jamie (Schwisow) Weber. He was baptized on May 22, 2016 at St. John Lutheran Church in Beatrice. Maddox was a special little boy who enjoyed boating, camping, driving his gator, giving hugs and playfully tormenting his sisters. Maddox always had to have his mom in his line of vision and loved following dad around and copying whatever dad was doing. Maddox is survived by his parents, Jay and Jamie Weber of DeWitt; two sisters, Paizley and Blakely Weber of DeWitt; grandparents, Bruce and Shirleen Schwisow of Beatrice, Shari Weber of Wymore; great-grandparent, Emma Evers of Beatrice; aunts and uncles, Jill and Matt Strouf of DeWitt, Matt and Jodi Weber of Bruning, Chris Weber of Wymore; cousins, Axley and Oakley Strouf of DeWitt, Nolan, Easton and Elijah Weber of Bruning. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Gregory Weber; great-grandparents, Robert and Jeanette Schwisow, Melvin Evers, Calvin and Marjorie Weber, Frank and Norma Rutan. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at St. John Lutheran Church of Beatrice with Pastor Kathee Forrest officiating. A family prayer service will be held at 1:30 P.M. at the church on Thursday. Burial will be at Evergreen Home Cemetery of Beatrice. Closed casket visitation will start at 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday and then one hour preceding the service at church on Thursday.
