Obituary for Joseph Latoski Print Joseph Raymond Latoski, age 32 of Riverdale, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Surviving Joseph is his mom and stepdad, Vicki & Al Westberg of Belding, father and stepmom, Floyd Sr. & Heather Latoski of Riverdale; sisters, Jewel Latoski of Riverdale; Baylie Latoski of Riverdale; Sam Phillips of Ionia; Benita Garcia of Alma; brothers, Floyd Latoski Jr. of Riverdale; Charlie Currier of Wisconsin; Alek Hancock of Stanton; Alan Westberg of Belding; Eric Phillips of Ionia; fiancée, Sonya Garcia of Riverdale; grandmas, Sharon Latoski of Stanton; Daisy Liggett of Belding; Verona Dunn of Grand Rapids; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; his best friend, Andy Pohl of Barryton and his dog, Zeus. Joseph is preceded in death by his grandpas, Art Latoski and Ron Liggett; aunts, Cindy Latoski and Ruby Gale and his great aunt and uncle, Judy & Ted Latoski and step mother Tracy Latoski. A very helpful man to his family, Joseph loved helping his dad with projects around the house and in the garden. He and his mom talked almost daily on the phone and he was even her best man at her wedding to Al. Joseph was a big NASCAR fan and was always cheering for Tony Stewart. He loved watching WWE wrestling, going hunting and fishing and having a good time. He loved dogs and loved his dad’s truck, which he had hoped would be his one day. Joseph’s death leaves a big hole in the lives of his family and he will be greatly missed. A celebration of life at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Stanton is being planned for a later date in the spring and the exact date and time will be announced later.
