OBITUARY James A. Weigleb August 14, 1938 – January 11, 2019 Play Tribute Movie James A. Weigleb, 80 years of age , died Friday January 11, 2019. He was born August 14, 1938 in New Albany, Indiana to the late James A. and Ermine P. (Langdon) Weigleb. He was a welder with the old American Air Filter in Louisville, Kentucky and retired maintenance mechanic at Padgett Inc. in New Albany. James was an avid league bowler for many years, a motorcycle enthusiast, and loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Gary Weigleb, and partner Anne (Sloan) Cash. Jim will be fondly remembered and missed by his family and friends. Survivors include: Two daughters; Sonja J. Carrow and partner David Willis, and Joan Y. Ford and husband Scottie. Two grandsons, Shaun and Darren; three great grandchildren Briley, Letty, and Malaki. Two siblings Gorden Weigleb and Donna Weigleb and husband Robin Jefferson. Visitation 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday January 16th, and after 9:00 am Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service 2776 Charlestown Rd., New Albany, Indiana. Funeral Service 12:00 noon Thursday January 17th, in the Kraft Charlestown Rd. Chapel. Private Entombment will be in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
