OBITUARY I Dale Tate May 2, 1936 – January 5, 2019 I Dale Tate, 82, of Machesney Park, IL, passed away peacefully, Saturday morning, January 5, 2019 at Fair Oaks in South Beloit. I Dale was born May 2, 1936 in Jonesboro, AR, the daughter of Carroll and Ludie (Robinson) Hall. She married Lewis D. Harper, he preceded her in death. She went on to marry Michael Tate. I Dale loved to spend time with her family. I Dale is loved and missed by her children, Jamie (Christopher) Kemp, Ricky (Judy) Harper, Donald Harper and family, and Richard “Doc” (Connie) Harper; grandchildren, Hillary and family, Keith and family, Tiffany, Mathew, Kyle and Jessica.
