Freeman “Bill”‘s Obituary Freeman “Bill” E. Noe, 67, of Goshen, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019 at his home. He was born May 31, 1951 in Ranger, West Virginia. On July 16, 1991 he married Charlene Hackney in Clintwood, Virginia. She survives along with his children, Freeman J. Noe, Cassopolis, Michigan, B. J. Noe and Elizabeth Noe, both of Ohio, Randy Kinder and Sandy Rodriguez, both of Goshen; grandchildren, Jason R. Kinder, Katie A. Kinder, Ashley P. Kinder, Meagon B. Kinder and a very special granddaughter, Angela Felicia Kinder to whom he was like a father; great-grandchildren, Sofie I. Kinder, Eleanor J. Kinder, Lincoln R. Kinder, Tailynn M. McMahan, Jackson W. Hopkins and Valerie H. Kinder; brothers, Roger L. Dean, Winder, Georgia, Freddie C. Dean, Seth, West Virginia and James D. (Becki) Dean, Hamlin, West Virginia; and sister, Linda M. (Thomas) Smith, Winder, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmitt and Emma Mae (Noe) Dean. Mr. Noe retired from Keystone RV Company where he had worked in the “tool crib.” He was a member of the Goshen D.A.V. Friends may call Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen where a 1 p.m. funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, Feb. 2. Pastor Terry Miller, Cornerstone Christian Fellowship will officiate. Burial will take place in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen at a later date. Memorial gifts may be directed to the family. Read More
