Elva Ruth “Bo” Tapscott Parker, 84 of the Pine Ridge Community died Tuesday, January 22, 2019. She was married to James Lelton Parker on October 30, 1951. They enjoyed traveling, working in their flower beds and relaxing on the porch together. Her survivors are husband of 67 years, James Lelton; two sons and daughter-in-law, James Lonnie & Marcia, Ronnie “Bud”; one granddaughter, Pace Parker Whitaker & husband Lance; one grandson, Nicholas Parker; one step granddaughter, Shelby Foster; two great grandsons, Bradley Hinds & wife Rebecca, Dalton Parker Hinds; three great- great grandchildren, Carson James, Harper and Hollie Hinds. Granny Bo was proud to have five generations. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2019 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel burial to follow at Pine Ridge Baptist Church. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service on Friday. Pallbearers will include Bradley Hinds, Dalton Hinds, Nicholas Parker, Lance Whitaker, Roger Williams and Ricky Hopper.
