Sherman Donald “Don” Sprouse, 87, formerly of Burrell Rd., Clover, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 at White Oak Manor, Rock Hill, SC. Funeral Service will be 2:30 pm Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Greater Life Ministries, Clover, SC officiated by Rev. Milton Smith. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 at the church. Interment will be in Lakeview Memory Gardens. Mr. Sprouse was born January 2, 1932 in Lando, SC to the late Rev. Ben T. and Dovie Mullinax Sprouse. He was a Korean War Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Don was owner of a local restaurant for many years, was an avid golfer, longtime member of Spring Lake Country Club and longtime Clemson Tiger fan. He was the widower of the late Jo Ann Smart Sprouse. Survivors are his sons David Ricky Sprouse (Jan) of Denver, NC, James Scott Sprouse (Libby) of Clover, SC, sister Jerrean S. Kale of Clover, SC brother Earl Sprouse of Rock Hill, SC, grandchildren Sophia Anne Sprouse and Gabe Sprouse.
