Kristina’s Obituary Kristina Wade Wart, 71, of Oswego, died December 21, 2018, surrounded by her loving family at the Oswego Hospital. Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Neal and Blanche (Kernan) Wade. She graduated from Oswego High School and attended SUNY Oswego. She worked at City Savings Bank, Marine Midland, and Key Bank. Kristina retired in 2002 from Parks and Recreation for the City of Oswego as an Account Clerk. Kristina was an avid reader and enjoyed flowers and gardening. She attended sporting events and enjoyed entertaining and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Richard Wart; two sons, Edward Angelina (Dawn Berney) of Wisconsin; Rik (Lauren) Angelina of Louisiana; two sisters, Patricia Kane of Louisiana and Joann Solon of Michigan; four grandchildren, Samantha Angelina, Tomer Angelina, Olivia Angelina and Zoe Angelina; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held 4-7 PM Thursday, with a service to follow, at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego. Spring burial will be in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery. Read More
