Frederick V Stuber 2018

Frederick V. Stuber April 18, 1944 – December 23, 2018 Mr. Frederick V. Stuber, 74, of Clark Mills, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the Heritage Health Care Center in Utica. Frederick was born in Utica, on April 18, 1944, the son of Francis R. and Vilma (Edmonds) Stuber. He was raised and educated in Utica and was a graduate of Utica Free Academy. Frederick honorably served in the US Navy and later in the US Army, as a Sargent First Class, with the 107th Military Police. In 1979, Frederick was united in marriage with Maria Falinski. At one time, Frederick was employed with Mohawk Containers and for 15 years, with Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, NY. He was a member of American Legion Post 26 in Clark Mills and was of the Baptist faith. Frederick enjoyed tending to his yardwork, especially mowing his lawn, spending time with his step-son, Richard, at his shop and his greatest enjoyment was going to the Seneca Casino with his wife, Maria. Mr. Stuber is survived by his beloved wife, Maria; one daughter and son-in-law, Tamatha and James Picolla of New Hartford; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Tracey Stuber of FL; four step-sons, Walter and Monica Swiderski of OK, Frank Born: April 18, 1944 and Maria Swiderski of Utica, Michael and Jeannette Swiderski of SC and Richard Death: December 23, 2018 Swiderski of Westmoreland; two sisters, Susan (Stroup) Doyle of AZ and Joyce Taurisano-Caruso of New Hartford as well as 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours for family and friends are Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., Utica followed by a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at the conclusion of visitation.
