Obituary for Francesco D. Trezza Francesco D. Trezza, 79, a lifelong Chester resident, died on Friday, December 21, 2018 at home. Born on September 19, 1940 in the Bronx, Francesco was the son of Francesco and Magdalena (Franki) Trezza. Francesco was the owner and operator of Carvel in Monroe and proudly served our country in the United States Navy from 1960 -1962. He was an avid bowler and fisherman and loved spending time with his family. Francesco is survived by his children, Dominick Trezza of Chester, Donna Trezza of Chester, Frankie Trezza of Hopewell Junction, Laura Trezza of Warwick and Renee Trezza of Virginia; his grandchildren, Robert, Brianna, Emma, Lacey and Daniella; his wife, Lucille Trezza; his sister, Celestina Oliva; and several cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Geraldine Calderone. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5-7pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10am at St. Denis Church, 601 Beekman Road followed by burial at St. Denis Cemetery with military honors.
