Curtis Lee Gillum, 49 Curtis Lee Gillum, 49 of West Portsmouth passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018. He was born December 11, 1969 in Portsmouth to Roger Lee and Draxie Ilene Blankenship Gillum of West Portsmouth. He was preceded in death by a brother; Christopher Neal Gillum. Curtis was a 1988 graduate of Portsmouth West High School. He attended Morehead University and graduated from Paramount Beauty Academy. He was employed by 2nd Glance Salon, as well as ODW Logistics in Columbus, Ohio. He was an avid fan of concerts and loved to travel. Along with his parents, he is survived by a sister; Nita (Roger) Donini of Lucasville, 5 nieces; Kyra, Kerstyn, Taryn, Karyssa, and Tory, a nephew; Trevon, along with several uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and his dog; Lacey. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Dave Lute officiating and interment in Sunset Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8:00 PM on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
