Carol Ann Finlay, 67, of Sevierville, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018. She was born on June 14, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio to her parents, Col. Johns S. Finlay III and Carolyn W. Finlay. Carol loved to care for all manner of animals and was a Veterinarian Assistant for All Paws Veterinary Clinic. She had also worked as a sales associate for Pepper Dent. John S. Finlay III; and her brother, Robert W. Finlay. Carol is survived by her mother, Carolyn W. Finlay; brother, Col. John S. Finlay IV and his wife, Marie J. Finlay; nephews, John S. Finlay V and his wife, Jennifer, and Christopher Brian Finlay and his wife, Erica; great-nieces, Layla and Aubree Finlay; and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at Monocacy Cemetery in Beallsville, Maryland at a later date. Arrangements by Atchley’s Smoky Mountain Cremation Center.   1. So sorry to learn of Carol Ann’s passing. I hadn’t had any up dates on her or the family since my Dad died in 2006. My condolences to Carolyn, “Jackie” ( as I called him) and families.
