Nick was my attorney on the famous government corruption Turtle related case with me as Plaintiff, so all my time with Nick revolved around the legal case.  It was enjoyable to work on that case with Nick, we won that trial. It was obvious that you were a good man and loved your family as you often talked about them !  Maybe this case was the 1st Civil rights trial ever won in the 11th Cir. District Courts.  Thanks Nick for all your work on that case.  And I wish you would have let me teach you to type !  You can keep doing good work and being a good man from that side, help make this world a better place. Nick was a good friend and teammate of mine at Montour HS.  I admired Nick as an athlete, and even more so as a person.  Nick was a wide receiver.  He had speed and great hands.  Many may not remember, but Nick also kicked off for us in what may have been considered a revolutionary style in the fall of 1966....................kicking soccer style.  Nick was one of those guys that you enjoyed   being around and we shared so many laughs and memories.  In today's terms, you might say he was a 'cool dude'.  Lighthearted, yet competitive, always with a smile it seemed.  As I look back over the past 50 years, Nick is one of the most well rounded and talented people I have known.  Although life, distance  and careers have helped us to lose contact, at times I would hear how/what he was doing .  I was not surprised to learn how successful he was in life, and what a great family man he was.  My heartfelt prayers go out to his family during this time.  

It is with deep regrets my family sends their sympathy to one of my favorite scotia st gang. WE played ball on the street for years,he was the elder and we used to watch him and try to be him,  after he finishedv his montour football career, he passed the ingramite number onto me "31" all he asked was to make him proud,  i'm sure he passed his qualitys on to his family and the good memories will carry on forever,  Bless you all

About 5 yrs old standing in front of the Ingram Presbyterian Church on Steuben Street in Ingram.    At our 45th Montour High School class reunion,  it was shown to Nick.   We chuckled and reminisced about our growing up years in Ingram and the wonderful memories we had at our 4 years at Montour.  After graduation,  we both attended colleges in North Carolina. I was in Charlotte and Nick at Davidson.  Any time we were with our friends in a large group setting,   Nick was always filled with the spirit, respectful and lighthearted.  He was a great leader and everyone truly loved him.  Speaking for all of Nicks friends from high school and beyond, he will so much be missed. To Nicks family, i wish to express my sincerest condolences.  May you know my prayers are with all of you for comfort,  strength and peace.  Fondly, Patty

I'm so sad to hear of Nick's passing.  I was a classmate of his from Ingram elementary school through Montour High.  Even though I haven't seen him in many years, I'll always remember his friendly smile.

Nick and I spent two summers together as the best of friends.  We did everything together, playing ball, riding bikes, and going to his dad's place of business, swimming pool.  We also played for the same Little League team-the Armstrong Trappers.   We also went to the same grade school and high school, both graduating in 1967.  Nick was always quick witted and the first to throw a barb your way.  I was glad I was able to see him during our last reunion.  Rest in peace my friend.

My sympathies to the Dumich family.  Having grown up a couple of blocks away from Nick and going to Ingram School with him all the years.  He was a class kid back then, always a smile on his face and never a bad word out of his mouth. Dumer was a stud on the playing field, a scholar in the classroom, a gentleman at the dance, and a lovable pussycat at home.  Davidson Wildcats across the nation mourn his passing and offer our deepest condolences and respect to the lovely Dianne Day Dumich and the entire Dumich family.  Best.

My deepest sympathies go out to Nick's wife Dianne and  daughters Amanda, Allison, Ashley, and son Allen.  Also, I would like to offer my deepest condolences to Nick's sister Donna.  The years and miles may have separated us, but it seems like yesterday when we were all growing up in Ingram, PA.  Those memories of the Dumich family will never be forgotten.  Nick was a great man & I will never forget him.

Sympathy to the entire Dumich family.  On behalf of the Montour High School class of 1967, we are all very saddened on hearing of Nick's passing.  We will all remember the fun we all had seeing him again at all reunions and letting him remind us of his athletic ability (he thought he was still 17).  Nick was a great friend to all of us.  Never forgot the memories he has left all of his family.

Nick and I went to Montour high school together near Pittsburgh. My Pitt engineering career took me north to Detroit to a 35 year career with  Ford Motor Co. while his law degree sent him south to Atlanta.
We talked quite regularly in recent years via email and shared our conservative viewpoints of the world among ourselves and close Montour friends.
As time marches on , these are short notes and memories that we never really anticipate having to write. God Bless.

I first met Nick when he and my late husband worked together many years ago at Olivetti, and during those years we and many of their other co-workers there got together for fun "games nights" competing on whatever the current favorite game was!  Although we didn't see each other that frequently as the years went by and careers changed, he was always someone we were glad to see when we did reacquaint.  Nick was a very kind person and fun to be around, so the infrequent get togethers over the years were always enjoyable.  Mainly, I will never forget the kindness and help that Nick extended to me when I lost my Dear Husband Scott - it was sudden and unexpected and left me totally helpless.  When I contacted Nick to assist me with legal matters, etc., he was so very, very compassionate, helpful and there for me, going downtown to the Courthouse with me and insuring that I got all of the paperwork I would need - I couldn't have done all this without his assistance.  You were a good Man, Nick and will be missed by many.  My sincere condolences to Diane and all of the Dumich family.  Ruthie McNeil
