Obituary of Linda Havran Linda Havran, 63, of Peckville, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning at Geisinger CMC after suffering a pulmonary embolism. Her husband is William E. Havran, Peckville. The couple was married for 42 years. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late John “Piney” and Esther Puletti Cecere. Raised in Olyphant she was a graduate of Mid Valley High School, class of 1973, and Empire Beauty School. Linda was employed at Supermarket Service and Neiman Marcus Warehouse before retirement. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Peckville. Linda was a kind and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She will be especially missed by her faithful, furry companion, Max Also surviving are a two sons, Robert Havran and wife Shannon, Eynon and John Havran, Olyphant, a daughter Jennifer Harvey and husband Rich; two granddaughters, Aubrey and Allison Harvey, all of Eynon, a sister Carol Benson and husband David Sr., Throop; three nephews, David Benson Jr. and wife Lisa, Craig Benson and wife Karen and Paul Benson, a niece Kristy Whitlock and husband Brandon, grandnieces, grandnephews, and several cousins. The funeral will be on Monday with mass of Christian burial at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Peckville. Interment will follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blakely. Viewing hours will be held on Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at the James M. Margotta Funeral Home, 1019 Main St. Peckville, PA. For directions or online condolences visit, www.margottafuneralhomes.com
