Jodie Linne Eckersley Illingworth departed peacefully from this world Friday, November 16, 2018, surrounded by her family. She bravely fought multiple health challenges, but finally succumbed due to complications of leukemia. Jodie was born on March 10, 1969 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Joseph H. and Janice L. Palmer Eckersley. A beloved daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her mother, her brother, Jeffrey, her son, Christopher Anscomb (Desiree Berry), and her grandson, Ben. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents. As a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Jodie found peace and strength in Jesus Christ as she faced challenges in her life.
