Death notice for the town of: Indianapolis, state: Indiana
I have recently learned of Howard’s passing and had the honor to work with him his final 7 years out of 38 with the State of Indiana. Howard was a great colleague, mentor and friend. I never saw Howard angry and he did witness my frustration which would diminish in conversation with him. My condolences to Gayle and family.
