Former Ohio resident Norman E Lucas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at his home in Midlothian, Virginia. Norman was born in Quantico, Virginia on January 28, 1964 to William S and Helen C Lucas (Frame). He will be missed by his children Willa Cremeans, Norman Lucas Jr., Tiffany Crystal Bennett, Tamra Lucas; Brothers Ron, Bill & Glen, his grandchildren and numerous family and friends. Norman was preceded in death by his parents William Sherman and Helen “Claudette” Lucas; sister Helen and a son. He will be remembered as a great Father, Brother, Grandfather and Uncle. A memorial service will be Saturday, October 6th at Victory Chapel Akron, Ohio. Interment will be in a Family Cemetery locate in Hamlin, West Virginia.
