Obituary for Joseph Laurino Joseph Laurino of Union passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 with his loving wife at his side, at the age of 55. He was born and raised in Newark, moving to Union 22 years ago. Joseph was a research aid in the Newark City Clerks office for 19 years. He was a member of the West Orange Council # 5519 Knights of Columbus. Husband of Leslie (nee Werner) Laurino; father of Joseph Laurino Jr. and Leanne Marie Laurino; son of Carmine Laurino and the late Angelina (nee Albanese) Laurino; brother of Adele Queli and Deborah Auriemma. Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Ron Mowad Funeral & Cremation Service (908-687-1182) 2800 Morris Avenue, Union (located in the Galante Funeral Home building). The funeral will be Saturday 9:00 am from the funeral home followed by the Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, 767 Prospect St, Maplewood. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover.
